Ariel is quick to respond, ready to learn new things, and willing to go the extra mile to keep my small business running smoothly.  I recall an incident that happened on a Friday afternoon where my website was glitching out and no sales could be completed -- even though she could have easily signed off for the weekend, she exhausted every avenue until it was up and running again. 

She also doesn't rely too heavily on AI which is important to me.  Her pricing is extremely reasonable for the value that she delivers and she's become a huge asset to my brand. 

I wish I'd thought to hire a "virtual assistant" sooner because it has made my life so much easier, giving me more time to grow my business and focus on what I'm best at.
